Upstate Artist's Retreat

A Brooklyn-based dance artist asked us to help landscape a five-acre property, just outside of Woodstock, that she acquired in 2023. It's a challenging site that will be worked on in phases over the course of many years. To make the woods more accessible, we'll be adding hiking trails to connect both sides of the property with the pond. Much of this work involves revealing the landscape's features rather than augmenting them. I can't wait to see how this process unfolds.
