The residents of this suburban property absolutely love birds and wanted a landscape design that brought them closer. Starting in 2018, we began the first of many phases by adding a 1,200 sqft bluestone patio and fire pit connected by a stone pathway. A koi pond followed shortly after - incorporating a clean water source is a great way to attract birds and pollinators to your garden. It's also one of the criteria to have your property designated as a Certified Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation. Raised metal veggie beds were situated close to the kitchen and designed with an in-soil vermiculture system to convert kitchen scraps into nutrients.
